You’ve just gotten engaged! Congratulations!!!
Now that the diamond is glittering happily on your wedding finger and you’ve enjoyed all the celebrations with your friends and family… It’s time to start the wedding planning! Now begins the hunt for your wedding photographer. Chances are you’ve already read countless articles from bridal sites such as The Knot, followed a BUNCH of wedding photographers on Instagram, and asked all your married friends for glowing recommendations. (You may also have a dozen tabs open on your computer, an excel sheet with a running list of pricing and packages, and a headache from hearing that photos are the only thing that lasts.)
From talking to all my wonderful couples over the years, I know that it can feel very confusing and overwhelming to find the perfect wedding photographer for your wedding day. Its your first time getting married and you have NO clue how the booking process goes!
Let me put your mind at ease and help you understand the entire Boswick Photography experience - from the first initial email, to helping you plan the perfect day, to the delivery of your wedding heirlooms.

Now it’s time to start planning! After searching online for that perfect photographer, you reach out by filling out an inquiry form to me! From the first email you send, begins our journey!
I always want us to feel an amazing connection. Finding your perfect photographer for you is so important. That being said, I always schedule a phone consult (or in person if you prefer!) to make sure we are the perfect fit for your wedding journey and wedding day!
After our consult, if we both agree that we are a great fit for each other, the booking process begins!
I believe in making the booking process as STRESS FREE as possible. I send you all the needed steps to complete the booking process and help you along the way. As soon as those steps are complete, your book will be booked and secured!
The below steps are needed in order to secure and book your date with Boswick Photography!
A signed contract
Retainer fee payment to secure the date along with the contract signing
After you complete the steps and get booked, I send you a bunch of blog posts to help you along the way and begins our relationship.
After your date is booked and secured, comes the fun! Time to book your complimentary engagement session! Every wedding collection includes a session because not only is it fun to have epic portraits during this exciting time in your life, but its our time to meet in person, and I help you warm up and feel comfy in front of my camera!
We will start arranging a season, date and perfect time for your session that works perfect for you!
Don’t know any places to shoot at or worried about posing? I got you!
During your engagement session planning phase, I will send you various informational posts to help you plan every aspect of your shoot for a totally PERFECT engagement session including fantastic photo beautiful spots to choose from.
During our first consult and engagement session, I will get a lot of info regarding your wedding day!
That isn’t enough however! I will keep in touch during your planning process and always be a email away!
During the final months leading up to your wedding day, I will be in close contract helping you create and form the perfect photo optimized timeline for your big day! I also go over your big day in full detail and break down every moment so I am prepared for your day.
30 days from your wedding day is when you make your final balance payment, go over timelines and have that timeline nailed down with me.
You can go into your wedding day with peace of mind knowing that you have a time perfected timeline and your photographer is on top of all the memories!
WOW! Time flies! Its now your wedding day!
Because I am very diligent at preparing for your wedding, it’s time to have fun! You know the timeline, I know the timeline, so go out there and have fun with the peace of mind knowing your photographer is along your side on your big day.
I pride myself in allowing couples to enjoy their day and let the real moments roll. Enjoy your day and every single moment of it and know I am there capturing it beautifully.

The amazing day goes by in a blink of an eye!
You wake up the next afternoon (you have to sleep in after a long night of partying!) and my morning after sneak peak is already up online! I provide a sneak peak teaser the morning after on facebook and instagram for you to see right away and have a epic wedding portrait for your facebook profile pic!
Enjoy your honeymoon and expect your full wedding gallery delivered within (8) eight weeks.
With your online gallery, anyone you share access with can log on and view your photos! Don’t forget to share your gallery with your Uncle ripping up crazy dance moves!
We live in the age of technology! The online gallery is super easy because anyone on the gallery can not only download and save images, but can place print orders right off there. With one simple click on the image, they can select the size and pay right online to get a professional printed image delivered right to them.
If you had a wedding album included in your wedding collection, please allow additional weeks for me to hand design your album. I will be reaching out with leather materials and colors for you and your newly married beau to choose from!
